What should I expect on my first cleaning?

Your cleaners will typically arrive between 8 - 9am and will bring their own supplies. If there are any supplies of your own you wish for them to use, please tell us in the onboarding process. Then your cleaner will get to work!. Of course, considering any special requests you have, we have a general process of top to bottom and back to front. We love to open up windows and get some fresh air into the home as well, if this is an issue please let us know.

Is there anything I should do to prepare?

Yes! Please tell us any expectations or special requests you may have. Please remember we may not know where your personal items should be stored. Picking up before we arrive helps save us time, which allows us to get in and clean all the things you may not want to.

Having an issue with clutter that you are ready to deal with?

Please contact us and request a referral to our professional organizer! 

What if I only want green cleaning products used?

We can accommodate that! Our cleaners have access to Products that are NOT tested on animals and made from naturally derived ingredients that are:

• Biodegradable

• Phosphate-free

• Chlorine-free

• Ammonia-free

To request that we use only these products please inform us during your intake/onboarding process! Or contact your concierge today! Please note that to remove tough stains on white surfaces or grout that chemicals may be required.

Do you have cleaning products certified to kill Covid-19?

Yes! We use a hospital grade disinfectant in our properties to ensure the highest safety standards are met to combat the COVID-19 virus as well as 99.99% of all other germs and disease-causing bacteria. 

Should we leave the house while you are cleaning?

Though it is not required by any means, it can be a lot simpler. If you do have small children, it is definitely preferred. As any mom can tell you, it can be quite impossible to clean while little ones are running around building “empires” with their toys! Pet care should also be considered before our arrival.
